This is the Imagination Age. Here's the map.
When everyone has access to the same powerful tools, the differentiator isn't what you know or what you can produce. It's what you can envision. Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to ask questions nobody else is asking become the scarcest and most valuable resources.
Cognitive offloading is inevitable. The question is whether you offload strategically, freeing up bandwidth for higher-order thinking, or passively, letting the muscle atrophy. This is a design choice, not a technology choice.
Specialized knowledge is no longer the prerequisite for entry. The new prerequisite is the ability to use information well: critical thinking, pattern recognition, synthesis, and sound judgment. What "qualified" means is being redefined in real time.
This goes beyond "humans decide." It's about the posture people bring to this moment: the courage to act on incomplete information, the drive to explore things you weren't trained to do, the willingness to own outcomes. Not just deciding, but daring.
